1. Compulsory Social Service.

Social Service is compulsory for all students of Degree Classes from the Academic year 1998-99. The students have, 42 days of CSS during the course of 3 years. The degree students will not be issued degree certificate by the University unless they complete 42 days of CSS. Compulsory Social Service will be organized by the committee constituted in the college.


2. Tutorial Program

With the view to comprehending the all round performance of the students and providing greater opportunities for personal rapport between the teacher and the student, Tutorial system has been introduced in the college. Students of the college will be grouped into a batch of 25 and each group will be under the change of a teacher designated as Group tutor. The system will be functioning under the supervision of a committee.

3. Excursions, Picnics and Study Tour

1. Students are not permitted to organize or conduct excursions or Picnics without the knowledge and consent of the principal.

2. Study tours will be organized by the respective department

3. Only the final year students (III DC, II PG) are permitted to go on excursions and tours.

4. Written consent in the prescribed form should be obtained from the guardians by all students going on excursions.

5. A detailed program of travel, stay, places of visit, names of participants etc, should be submitted to the – Principal before proceeding on a tour.

6. There should be at least two teachers (one male and one female) to accompany each them.

7. Excursions, Picnic and tours will be allowed only during the second term of the academic year.
