A TC will be issued only after the student has cleared all out standing dues. Transfer certificate and conduct certificates will be issued free of charge if applied for within three months of completion of a course study no later than 30th June of the next academic year.

A fee of Rs.15/- will be levied from those who apply for TC after 30th June of the succeeding academic year. The Format of application form for applying TC and conduct certificate is also given below.
